House rules and conditions

House rules

• arrival after 15.00, departure before 10.00
• leave your house neat and tidy upon departure
• no pets
• extra (day) guests or visitors must be announced in advance during reservation
• non-smoking accommodation, you may smoke outside. 
• parties and gatherings are not allowed 
• payments must be made in full
• the accommodation may only be used for recreational purposes
• both Padoca and the Starfish may be rented and used by a maximum of 2 people
• at both Padoca and the Starfish, we have tried to create a tasteful and pleasant decoration. Please handle it with care. 

Conditions

• upon cancellation one month before arrival, you must pay 100% of the total rental amount.
• upon cancellation after reservation, you must pay 20% of the total rental amount.
• upon reservation, you must pay a downpayment of 20% of the reservation. Only then is the reservation confirmed. 
• The total amount must be paid one month before the arrival date. That is: rental price, cleaning fee and security deposit.
• the deposit is €200 and is returned immediately through your bank account once our manager, on location, has signed off on this. 
• the price of the accommodation is agreed based on the rates applicable at that time, as established by the owner
• text and prices are under reservation.
• all reservations, information, confirmations must go through info@casacarvoeiro.eu
• the owners must always have given written confirmation
• Our bank account number is NL89 RABO 0120321327  in the name of M. Capendale.  Bank code 3764  BIC= RABONL2U  

The owners of Padoca and the Starfish are not liable for personal damage, theft or accidents.  Of course, we will do everything in our power to offer you a pleasant stay and are happy to welcome you in our village of Carvoeiro for a wonderful holiday!
